Trip to Ford Green Hall

Last week at Lower Heath CE Primary School, Kingfisher class visited Ford Green Hall for a Samuel Pepys and the Great Fire of London experience. What an an amazing day! The children were a credit to the school, behaving impeccably throughout the visit with staff there commenting on how knowledgeable and polite they were. Here’s a small snapshot of some of the activities including: meeting Samuel Pepys and reenacting key events from his diaries and some of the historical artefacts we explored. A brilliant, brilliant day!
