Yesterday the sun was shining for our first whole-school worship, in person, in over a year! We were able to get outdoors, and sit in our separate bubbles, for a special Pentecost worship led by Rev. Armstrong. Pentecost is a special time in the Christian calendar and is seen as the ‘birthday of the church’. Children waved (and took home!) red or blue Pentecost flags, to represent the flames and the wind that Jesus’ disciples witnessed. It was so lovely to see everyone back together again!
