We are on a mission to connect with our local community in diverse ways. Every month, a group of our wonderful children visit Elmhurst Care Home to take part in activities with the residents.
During our latest visit, the children enjoyed the opportunity to plant sunflower and sweet pea seeds whilst chatting to residents about what they get up to at Lower Heath. Meeting Elmhurst’s adorable pet was definitely a highlight!
