All of the Year 1 and the Year 2 pupils had a great day at Acton Scott recently. They got to hold one day old chicks and groom Charlie the 21 year old shire horse. They learnt how to recognise trees by the type of bark. They then also looked at the leaves and how they have changed colour because it is now Autumn. What a busy and exciting day!
