How does the school communicate information to parents?

Email

Class Dojo
We use Class Dojo for all school communication. Letters will be sent on the school story (unless a paper copy is needed) and Arbor.  Weekly ‘Talking Heads’ bulletins are posted here, events announced and messages will be sent this way (for things such as reminders and notifications about minor first aid). This will means all communication is in one place.

Website
Lots of useful information is posted on the school website including letters/emails, latest news stories, exam information, event details, term dates, Parents’ Evening dates etc. Please check the website regularly for updates and information. Paper copies of all information on the site are available and will be given free of charge.

In certain circumstances, we may contact you via phone/text (where a mobile number is provided)

For general enquiries from parents and members of the public, please contact Mrs Dakin or Mrs Thomas either on 01948 840524 or via admin@low.mmat.co.uk

If you are unsure about who you need to speak to or who may be able to assist you with your enquiry, please call 01948 840524 and the receptionist will direct your call to the appropriate person.

Student absence and attendance reporting
When reporting your child as absent, please contact the school office first on 01948 840524.
